Affiliate Program Terms

Flexi Fender

These terms apply to the Flexi Fender affiliate program on flexifender.com. Joining this program does not join Beyond Beleaf. Flexi Fender is a motorcycle parts brand. It has nothing to do with Fender guitars.

What you get

  • 10% commission on qualifying orders placed through your unique referral link or discount code.
  • A 10% off code for your audience (same code can be the tracker).
  • Optional free kit for content, if we offer it. That is a gift so you can actually use the product. It is not a paid ad and there is no script we expect you to read.

What counts as a sale

Commission is for the referred order only. It is not a lifetime cut of that customer.

  • Tracking cookie lasts 30 days from the click.
  • If they buy inside that window, you earn 10% on that order.
  • We do not attach the customer to you forever. Later orders they place on their own do not pay you.
  • After an order is placed, the cookie is cleared. A later visit without your link or code is not yours.
  • Commission is calculated on the product subtotal after discounts, before shipping and tax.
  • Refunds, chargebacks, and cancelled orders reverse the commission.
  • Your own orders, household orders, and orders you place for yourself do not qualify.

How long the relationship lasts

This is not a forever contract.

  • Either of us can end the program for any reason with 30 days' written notice (email is enough).
  • We can pause or close an account sooner if there is fraud, fake traffic, coupon abuse, or brand harm.
  • If there are no qualifying referrals and no public promotion for 6 months, we can treat the account as inactive and close it after one warning email.
  • When the account ends: your link and code stop working; you stop earning on new orders; we still pay commissions already approved on orders placed before the end date; free product already sent stays yours.

Payouts

  • Paid automatically through PayPal.
  • Minimum payout: $25. Balances under that roll until they hit $25.
  • We can hold a commission until the return window on that order closes (30 days).

What we ask of you

  • Disclose the affiliate relationship the way FTC (and your platform) require. A simple "affiliate link" or "code" in the caption is enough.
  • Use your own link or code. Do not bid on our brand name in ads. Do not run coupon-site dumps.
  • Do not imply we employ you, and do not speak for the brand on fitment or bike advice we did not write.
  • Non-exclusive. You can promote other products unless we later agree in writing to something tighter.
  • If we send a free kit, use it like you use the rest of your bike. No scripted ad. If you hate it, say so. Do not resell it or claim you invented it.

Brand and content

  • You can use our product photos and the Flexi Fender name to say you use the kit or that your audience can buy it.
  • You cannot register domains, handles, or ads that look like you are Flexi Fender.

Free product

  • Content kits are for your own use and filming, not for resale.
  • If we later offer extra parts at material cost, that ends when the affiliate account ends.

Changes

  • We can update the commission rate, cookie window, or these terms with 30 days' notice by email or a note in GoAffPro.
  • If you keep promoting after that date, you are accepting the new terms. If you do not want them, you can leave under section 3.

Existing accounts

  • These terms apply to new affiliates from the date we publish them in GoAffPro.
  • People already in the program get the same 30-day notice before anything that reduces what they already earn.

Other

  • You are an independent contractor, not an employee.
  • Indiana law. Informal first: email us and we will try to fix it.
  • Flexi Fender: the contact email on flexifender.com

Joining the GoAffPro program or using a Flexi Fender referral link/code means you agree to this.

Built by riders who actually drop their bikes

Flexi Fender was born in the woods, not in a boardroom. Andrew, a retired firefighter and DR-Z addict who started designing parts after realizing most tail tidy kits can’t survive the way we actually ride—dropping bikes, log hopping, and learning as we go.

As Flexi Fender Grows we will continue to push out quality products and upgrades for other bikes. We have a strong passion for Suzuki Engineering and hope to bring the most incredible products to market for those who share that passion.

How Flexi Fender Started

For years I rode a built ’02 DR-Z400 and beat on it constantly. When Suzuki dropped the new DR-Z4S, I jumped on it and immediately started riding 6–7 hours a week in the trails—dropping it almost daily, smashing into logs, and finding every weak point on the bike.

One of the first parts to tap out was the rear end. Most tail tidy and fender eliminator kits were either overpriced, brittle, or looked like an afterthought. I wanted something that kept a factory-clean look, but could handle real dual-sport abuse.

So I fired up CAD, 3D-printed my own flexible design, and started torture-testing it. When I could stomp on it, try to rip it in half, and hang my 190 lb body from the tail without failure, I knew I was onto something worth sharing with other riders.

What Flexi Fender Stands For

Flexi Fender exists to solve one simple problem: build tail tidy kits and protection parts that bend instead of break.

We focus on:
• Real-world durability – Designed on bikes that see dirt every week, not just photo studios.
• Factory-friendly installs – Using OEM hardware and mounting points wherever possible, with no cutting into your stock wiring.
• Clean, OEM-plus styling – Tidy, minimal designs that look like they belong on the bike from the factory.
• Rider-driven design – If a part doesn’t survive how we ride, it doesn’t ship.

Where We’re Headed

The DR-Z4S / DR-Z4SM kit is just the start. Flexi Fender is being built as a platform for dual sport and ADV bikes that actually see dirt.

We’re working toward:
• Fitment for more models like the DR-Z400 and other dual sports
• Nylon SLS-printed parts for even tougher components
• Additional protection and convenience parts for real world riding
