DR-Z4S Flexi Fender Tail Tidy – Flex & Abuse Demo
In this quick demo, I walk up to the Suzuki DR-Z4S in a parking lot and absolutely manhandle the Flexi Fender tail tidy. I bend the plate, pull on the signals, and flex the whole bracket way past what it should see on the trail—then let it go and watch it spring right back
This demo shows what makes the Flexi Fender different from a normal DR-Z4S tail tidy or fender eliminator. Instead of using thin metal or brittle plastic, the bracket is printed from flexible TPU, so it can twist and bend under stress and then return to its original shape.
In this parking lot test you’ll see:
• The Suzuki DR-Z4S tail tidy being bent and twisted by hand
• Turn signals and license plate bracket flexing hard without cracking
• The Flexi Fender fender eliminator springing back into position every time
If it can handle being abused like this standing still, it’s ready for tip-overs, logs, and real dual sport riding.
